I thought that January was going to be the month to get back on track - especially for my blogging - but it has turned out that the other things in my life have done that instead. For the past month I have been constantly auditioning, with a day of filming last weekend. All in all, a great start acting wise to the year! Blogging…not so much. But that's something I've always been honest about.
To get back into writing and shooting, I thought I'd do a round up of my favourite rings that I've been reaching for this winter. Some are old favourites that I've had for years, and some are new additions that you may not have seen before! So let's get stuck in.
Sometimes, traditional can be a bit boring. Wonderluk sent me these awesome geometric rings that are made of fine particles of nylon and are slightly grainy to the touch. The black makes them stand out instantly and are so effortlessly cool. They are thin enough to stack but can still be worn on their own, and the material is flexible enough to wear as normal rings or midi rings. They are so incredibly comfortable, sometimes I forget I have them on!
This is actually a toe ring, but the adjustable band means I can wear it on my fingers. I love the details in this ring- the simple arrow head is totally up my street! This is a great ring to throw on and go, yet is beautifully delicate.
CAMDEN SKELETON KNUCKEDUSTER
This has always been an old favourite of mine, and it has been featured in this accessories post. It just toughens up any outfit and is surprisingly comfortable on your fingers (except for writing, don't wear it on the hand you write with). This also brings back great memories for me, as I got this when I took my friends to Camden for the first time.

MY FLASH TRASH TURQUOISE RING
Turquoise is my favourite colour and there's something about turquoise and silver jewellery that makes my hearts flutter! Maybe its the fact that it looks slightly tribal yet tropical, or that fact it reminds me of summer. I'm always on the hunt for more jewellery like this, so if you ever find some awesome pieces, do let me know :)

ME AND ZENA RABBIT RING
Last but by no means least, my rabbit ring. I have worn this a lot, which you can probably tell by the wear on it. But it's been well loved, and has constantly been oohed and aahed over when I've worn it. The little green eyes catch the light in a way that it looks like the rabbit is winking at you, and the domed band fits comfortably on my ring finger. You can see how I styled it in this post.
I have many more rings that I could have included in this list, but that was a small round up of my top 5. I would love to know what accessories you love wearing, and if any bring back special memories for you :)

Put your hand up if you’re ready for summer!
I certainly am. I’m a summer baby, so naturally as soon as Christmas and New Year are over, I’m ready for some sun. One thing that always gets me in the mood for summer is Spring/Summer press days, as they are normally themed for warmer months, and seeing shorts and bikinis instantly triggers the need for warm weather!
One rainy November evening I popped in to the Regent Street Superdry store to see what they have in store for SS16. I unfortunately couldn’t stay long (a mere 20 mins!) as I had a callback for an audition to go to. But boy, am I glad I got to go! There was a Photo Booth - an essential in my books - and a huuuggee collection to browse. The styles varied from boho tribal to beach ready chic to sports luxe to suit anyone's holiday style. I was particularly impressed with the suede fringe bags and tribal patterns! Not forgetting the awesome ombre purple and yellow sports jackets…It also looks like florals aren't going anywhere (as per usual) with a whole section dedicated to the print; from tropical to classic florals.
Some of the pieces have already dropped, so if you feel like getting ahead of the game, take a look at some of my picks below:

HELLO 2016! DON'T YOU LOOK LOVELY…
I still can't believe we're in 2016! Last year flew by so fast, I almost blinked and missed it! I ended the year on a high, wondering what 2016 will hold for me, but before I leap head first into this new year, I wanted to take a moment to look back at what went on on this corner of the internet, and give it one last goodbye. So here's my top 10 moments from 2015.
I started the year off by getting myself back into the swing of things, and after a 2014 full of ups and downs, I was ready to seize the year!
This was something I'd always wanted to do, but never really had the confidence to put into action. But I did it, and the response was huge! I wanted to make sure that all the prizes were things I would recommend anyway, and was really proud with what I came up with! It's definitely given me the confidence to do more in the future.
This was probably the biggest show I went to at LFW in February. I'd always dreamed of seeing a show at Somerset House, and there I was! I'm so glad I got to go to this show, seeing as it was the last LFW to be held at Somerset House (something I dearly miss).
As an actor, seeing your face on the front of a film poster is pretty surreal. But that happened to me in April, when my film Frequencies was released online and on DVD in the UK! It had already been released in other countries worldwide, but there's something about it being available in your country that makes it all that more special. Almost like it's come home…
The 27th June meant that I became two decades old, and stopped being a teenager. This was something that really threw me into a sense of the unknown, but despite my fears 20 has turned out to be pretty darn cool :D and who says you have to stop being a kid when you're an adult?!
I've always wanted to travel more, and this year was filled with just that! My travels started off down by the coast to celebrate my birthday, and I had such a lovely time. I really enjoy photo diary posts, so getting to create do my own is a big step for this blog!
I attended my first festival, and along with that I had to travel all the way up to Scotland to go to it! T in the Park was so much fun (if a little damp) and even though I didn't get to wear this exact outfit (the shorts were replaced by jeans) it still reminds me of what a fab time I had.
After a busy spring and summer filming, I needed to get away from it all for a while. We were at first a bit dubious about going to Zante as it's known as a real party island, but this trip taught us not to judge a book by its cover. Tsilivi is beautiful and full of culture, so if you're looking for somewhere new to explore, give it a go!
Again, this was the biggest show I attended at LFW in September. Even though everyone wasn't really a fan of the move to Brewer Street, I really enjoyed the show! I've always loved Rayburn's designs, so it was a real joy to attend!
I was lucky enough to win a competition to have a makeover with bareMinerals, and it was like a dream come true! From meeting the team to getting my makeup done, every moment made me thankful for what opportunities blogging has brought to me over the past few years.
Let me know what your top moments of 2015 were, or if you've done a blog post/video like this one, link it below and I would love to check it out! Happy 2016!
