My Life Through Instagram

When I'm not blogging, I'm not sitting at home doing nothing. I'm always out and about doing things, be it at events, seeing friends or filming. I enjoy living my life to the full, and even though I'm not on here all the time to tell you guys about it, I document my days on Instagram and Snapchat (georgie-mb) (if you aren't following me, where have you been?!). So I thought for a chilled Sunday post I would share what I've been up to over the past month or so via Instagram!

Chris and I bought his dog a new duck squeaky toy and he went insane for it! He sort of talks to it as he bites it, and I've never seen him get so possessive over a toy - ever! He was so paranoid throughout the whole evening that someone was going to take it that he would flinch every time someone moved!

I was lucky enough to be invited to Look Fantastic's 17th birthday party in Mayfair, and had such a fab time! I vlogged about it here, but it was great to catch up with some of my fave bloggers, meet some new faces, check out the birthday boxes that Look Fantastic are releasing and head back to the 90's with some great music! I went with Albertine from Dippy Writes (on the right), and was finally able to meet Sam from Beautifie (on the left) in person after talking to her for ages on Twitter.

Me and my friends Katie and Emma went up to London for a day to visit some exhibitions we really wanted to see! We went to the Audrey Hepburn portrait exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery and to the Carsten Höller: Decision exhibition at the Southbank Centre (both which I recommend). This was one of the interactive parts of it where you could push a bar to make these floating mushrooms rotate like a mobile.

I attended the Big Blogger Conference run by LDN Meetups on a day when it was 29 degrees! And as fate would have it, we were inside for the whole day :P it was probably a good thing, as when I was outside the heat was almost stifling, so to be in air-conditioned rooms for the whole day was a positive in disguise...but I had so much fun listening to the talks and meeting the brands. If you want to see what I got up to there, Tuesday's post will be my write-up on it.

For 3 or 4 days this month I was up in Norfolk filming for a US TV show (yes, apparently Norfolk is the perfect alternative to flying us out to the states (but set design did a fab job)) which was probably one of the most challenging roles I've ever done! The days were intense, so to let off steam we spent time on the gorgeous beach front at Mundesley, bowling in the ancient yet very cute bowling alley at the holiday park where we were staying and admiring the stunning Norfolk sunsets.

Hope you enjoyed this little roundup of what I've been up to this past month! It's a great way to update you guys of what I've been doing, so if you like it too I'll continue doing it!

Gx
